Send Email Google Sheets Add-On
Send Email from Google Sheets is an add-on that simplifies the process of sending out Google Sheets reports and dashboards.
Use it to automate your spreadsheet data collection and reporting by automatically sending them via email as PDF, CSV or high-resolution PNG files. Embed tabular data and dynamic charts directly into the email body or subject line. Send your emails at a specific time (e.g. daily) or on a scheduled basis.

With the Send Email Google Sheets add-on you can create dynamic email templates in Gmail, so that each email is personalized using the data from your spreadsheet. For instance, you can include your recipient’s name or the name of a campaign in the subject line to help them identify the message and ensure they open it.
You can also use the add-on to include important dynamic information in your email file names — instead of using a bland placeholder like “Sheet1” you can use a variable that is based on the current location of your cursor within the Sheet. For example, if you are in cell A3 and click the “cell value” button then the filename will automatically change to something more relevant such as “Daily Ecommerce Report” – see screenshot below.
You can also use the add-on to trigger an action within Make when a row in your Google Sheets is updated. For instance, you can use the module to update the Google Sheets row’s email status with “Sent” only if the sender has the required permissions to access that row’s data.
